A new generation of diplomats

The EN Foundation is a youth-driven diplomatic NGO committed to cultivating the next generation of global peacemakers, advocates and bridge-builders.

We believe that diplomacy is not a privilege of power. It is a practice of humanity. Through structured programs, international dialogue and grassroots engagement, we equip young people with the voice, the tools and the platform to shape a more just world.

Founded in 2025, the Foundation operates at the intersection of education, advocacy and international affairs, training youth to lead with principle, speak with precision and act with purpose.

The world’s first diplomats had no embassies, no titles, no governments behind them. Just a commitment to stand between people and speak. We carry that forward.

The EN Foundation creed

Three pillars of purpose

Every initiative we undertake is anchored in three guiding principles that define who we are and how we act.

We champion dialogue over division. Through structured negotiation, debate and cross-cultural exchange, we cultivate the diplomatic instinct in every young leader we reach.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of preparation, expression and conduct. Excellence is the discipline with which we approach every conversation.

We give voice to the voiceless. From local communities to international platforms, we train young advocates to stand for justice, equity and human dignity without compromise.
